Business identity

The legal name and registration details we'll use on your partner agreement.

Tax & legal

Where you file and the form type you use. We collect this up front so we can route your application correctly.

Your company / corporate registration, NOT a tax ID. Examples: UK Companies House number, India MCA CIN, US Secretary of State filing number, D&B D-U-N-S.

Your country's primary tax filing ID. Stored encrypted for tax-form matching at payout time.

The actual tax certificate (W-9, W-8BEN, W-8BEN-E, GST, VAT, or equivalent) isn't required here. Once your application is approved, you'll be able to upload the signed form from your partner portal — we'll guide you through it.

How you plan to introduce Storage Studio to your customers, and how many you expect to reach.
