Support — getting help

When you need a person, Storage Studio has a support desk built right in — no separate email app, no hunting for an address. Tuhi helps you start a message, and the whole back-and-forth stays in one place inside the app.

Contact Support

There are two ways to reach the team:

  • Just ask Tuhi — say "contact support", "open a ticket", or "I want to talk

to a human", and Tuhi opens a message for you.

  • Use the menu — open the More menu (•••) → Help & Support → Contact Support.

Either way a ticket form opens, pre-filled and fully editable, so you see exactly what will be sent before anything leaves your Mac:

  • Your message — describe what's happening in your own words.
  • What to include — simple toggles attach your Storage Studio version, your

macOS version, and an optional diagnostics summary. You can preview exactly what the diagnostics contain before sending, and they never include your file names or the contents of your files.

  • Your email — the message is sent from the email you registered with, shown

read-only so replies always reach you.

Nothing is sent until you tap Send. Until then, everything on the form is yours to change.

If you describe a problem Tuhi can't fix, or a background task keeps running into trouble, Tuhi offers an "Open a support ticket" button that pre-fills the useful details — you still review it and choose when to send.

My Support — track your tickets

Open My Support from the More menu (•••) → Help & Support to see everything you've sent and its status. Open any ticket to:

  • Read the whole conversation — your messages and every reply, in order.
  • Reply right in the app.
  • Close a ticket when it's answered, or reopen one if the problem comes

back.

  • Rate the experience with a quick emoji rating once the ticket is resolved

or closed.

When support replies, a notification tells you there's a new message waiting.

Who you're talking to, and what's private

  • Support always appears as "Support Team" with a short reference code —

never a personal name or email address.

  • Replies also arrive by email and thread neatly back into the conversation in

the app, so nothing gets lost.

  • The only things shared are what you can see on the form: your message and

whichever version and diagnostics details you chose to include. Diagnostics are always redacted, and your files — names and contents — are never part of a ticket.
